Please see attached the official schedule for the U8's for this Sunday 14 March 2010 Hong Kong Football Club Festival.

Attached are also directions to the HKFC main pitch where the U8's are playing.

Please enter via the Jockey Club Museum Entrance as indicated (and not via the Main Entrance whcih will be closed to non members). This is near Happey Valley Racecourse for those who don't know.

We have 2 U8 teams playing at 8:30am - please therefore arrive no later than 8:15 and meet at the main pitch as shown on the attached U8 schedule. We should be finished by 11:30am and will have individual team medal presentations then.

 As you may already know 7's tickets can be collected this Sunday and again on 21 March 2010.

We have a number of U8 families who joined late in the season and missed out on tickets,.

Please therefore let me know if you do not intend to use your ticket or part of it so we can redistribute to other U8 families so all can attend mini showcase etc.

Please see below for details on ticket collection - remember to bring your receipt and HKID. Your tickets will not be given out without these.

Below are further details on this Sunday's trainig and award presenntations. Please stay attend the award presentation aafter trauinig.

The 7s tickets have been picked up and Roi has kindly volunteered to distribute them in the club house this Sunday during training.  Please ensure that you bring your receipt and ID card with you, tickets will not be given out without these.  We will only be distributing tickets on March 7th and March 21st so please try your best to get them this weekend.

Thanks to everyone who attended the Valley Fort Festival on 28 Feb 2010.  We have another festival 14 March 2010 (see below for details) and need youto confirm your attendance asap please so we can organise teams.

This Sunday is normal training from 8:30 followed by awards.
