Dear Minis Members
Apologies again for bombarding you with emails about the VF festival, but VF have now produced a more manageable version of their programme/schedule. As the file size is much smaller, it can be sent to you as an attachment. Hope this makes it easier for you all to access. There have been some last minute, minor changes from the version sent yesterday, but these do not affect the DeA teams:
The changes to yesterday's version are:
1. U9's minor adjustments affecting VF.
2. U10's HKUSB one less team.
3. U11's HKUSB1 and DBP2 swapped in the groups.
Go Tigers!!
Peter (DeA Minis Chair)
Dear Minis Members
I have just received this message from the HKRFU:
"Dear Club contacts
Warrick Dent passed me your email addresses and I am contacting you because we are organising a mass stadium dance during the sevens this year. We hope to achieve something similar to this. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VQ3d3KigPQM
Our plan is to have a choreographer come to the football club one or two nights in early March to teach groups of you the simple dance moves. We will video tape the rehearsals and make the tape available through facebook and other networking sites so that others can learn them. This way we hope to get one of the biggest mobdances in stadium history!
Please distrubute this email to all of your club members and freinds who have tickets to the sevens. Please get back to me ASAP to indicate interest and we will let you know what evenings will be alloted for rehearsals.
Best wishes

Dear Minis Members
Sorry for a second email, but it has been pointed out to me that it may be confusing re. how to access the VF schedule/programme. Therefore, please visit the DeA Tigers website at: www.deatigersrfc.com Then, follow these steps:
Dear Minis Members
I have just today received the final programme for the Valley Fort festival, to be held at King's Park on Sunday. The full programme can be found on the DeA Minis website at: www.deatigersrfc.com or at: http://www.deatigersrfc.com/files/Valley_Fort_Minis_Festival_Programme_3.pdf
The organisers of the festival have asked me to inform all members that:
1. HK Marathon - one of the cross harbour tunnels will be closed and there will be further road closures around Causeway Bay. Please allow extra time to travel to Kings Park.
2. Parking - there is no parking at Kings Park except by special prior arrangement. Taxis and buses - passengers should get out on Wylie Road to avoid congestion outside the ground entrance.
3. HK senior players - will be there to sign autographs etc. around lunchtime.
4. Under 12s and under 11s trophy presentation - will be at the end of the afternoon, around 5.30 pm.
5. Programmes - we will NOT be printing hard copies of the programme so please send to those who need it by email and they should print what they need.
6. St Johns Ambulance will be on hand to take care of any injuries.
Therefore, please print off your own copy of the playing schedules, as appropriate.
DeA Minis schedule for March and April:
Full Valley Fort festival is attached to this post, please download it if you haven't received it via email.
