Minis Division Annual General Meeting

In addition to the fun day on May 10th, DeA minis would like to advise you that the AGM will be held on the same day.  Please remember that for the club to function successfully we need volunteers not just on the pitch coaching and managing teams but also involved in administration of the club, kit distribution, sevens ticket sales, organisation of social events and so on.  If you would like to volunteer either for the committee or just for an ad-hoc role in helping out, please let reg@deatigersrfc.com know. 

The initial agenda points are listed below.  It is expected that the entire meeting should be completed within 15-30minutes.

Location : KINGS PARK CLUBHOUSE
When : 11.00am Sunday 10th May 2009

Agenda:

1. Receive chairman's report on last seasons performance
2. Receive the Treasurer's Report
3. Elect members to the mini-Committee for the 2009/10 Season
4. Endorse out-going committees membership fee proposal for 2009/10 season.
5. Receive the concerns (if any) of the year group managers or parents
6. Report on action being taken by the General Committee of the Club
7.  Any other business

Again, we always need more members participating on the committee, please help out if you can, the time commitments are small and it helps to keep the club running smoothly.  Volunteers please contact  reg@deatigersrfc.com
