U8 DEAT - Cost of Singapore Tour 4 - 6 December 2009

Dear Parents, 

I have had some queries regarding the cost of joining the tour to Singapore from 4 – 6 December 2009 and have tried to clarify below – my apologies if it was not clear from my previous email. 

We haven’t yet been able to get firm quotations (as we don’t yet know the exact numbers) and have therefore based the cost on 10 adults and 10 children attending.  

We are advised at this stage the cost will be no more than $5,000 per family (a family is one parent and one child for these purposes).

 The $5,000 includes return flights to Singapore and 3 days accommodation for both the parent and the child i.e. it is approx. $2,500 per person. 

If anyone has genuine difficulty paying for the cost of the trip but is otherwise willing and able to go – please let me know and I’ll see whether any assistance can be made available.

I’d appreciate if you could all make an effort to attend as far as this is possible. We’ll be representing the Club and it will be a unique experience for the children (and most likely the adults as well!).
