U10 training with Rowan Varty on Sunday 4th October

Dear U10 Members

This promises to be a very exciting session for the kids this week, as Rowan Varty, HK national team player at 15s and 7s, will be leading training for the U10 group from 09.30-10.30. Rowan has coaching experience too and has come through the DeA ranks as a child through to being one of the HK star players. He will work with coaches on key skills this week, as coordinated with Mark Brisson. Therefore, I ask all members to make a special effort to be at King's Park this Sunday, so as not to miss this opportunity. Rowan will start at 09.30 sharp with the U10s and finish at 10.30. This will be a very useful learning experience for both the kids and coaches alike, so please do not miss it.
