Tai Po festival schedule at King's Park on Sunday 17th January 2010

Dear Minis Members

I attach the schedule for Sunday. Please make sure you know whether your child will play in the morning or the afternoon, depending on age groups. Please arrive at King's Park at least 30 minutes before the first matches so that coaches have time to organise teams and check attendance. We need a good turn out this Sunday, as we have lots of matches, and it is a great festival for the kids to play in, competing against kids from 17 other clubs.

Just as an early notification, on Sunday 24th January we will only have the use of all of pitch 3. Therefore, U6, U7, U8 and U9 age groups will train from 08.30-10.30 on pitch 3. U10, U11, U12 and U11-12 girls will train on pitch 3 from 10.30-12.30. The other two pitches are being used for a tertiary tournament. We are trying to arrange for the DeA senior players to come and train the Minis on the 24th January also, so it is importnat for the kids to attend on that day.

I am sure all the DeA Minis will play their hearts out on Sunday in the Tai Po festival, so let's hope for a successful and injury-free day.
