When : 11.00am Sunday 25th April 2010

Agenda:

1. Receive chairman's report on last seasons performance
2. Receive the Treasurer's Report
3. Elect members to the mini-Committee for the 2011/12 Season
4. Endorse out-going committees membership fee proposal for 2011/12 season.
5. Receive the concerns (if any) of the year group managers or parents
6. Report on action being taken by the General Committee of the Club
7.  Any other business

Again, we always need more members participating on the committee, please help out if you can, the time commitments are small and it helps to keep the club running smoothly.  Volunteers please contact  reg@deatigersrfc.com
