Registration and kit issue for DeA Youth continues 11:00 am (not before!) this coming on Sunday 5th September 2010. It will end at 12:30 pm! Print the membership form and bring along HK$800 to Kings Park.

Thank you to the 170 of you who have so far registered online. Please encourage your friends to do so as soon as possible so we can complete the registration and kit issue process. The first 10s Tournaments for Colts are next weekend, 12th September and we need to know numbers so we can make team entries.

PLEASE BE PATIENT: All of the people involved with registration and kit are volunteers who have kindly given up their time to help the club register the kids (which we need to do not least so that they are covered by HKRFU’s insurance). With so many kids to register there can be an element of frustration due to the time required to queue up etc, however, your patience during this process would be much appreciated – as it is difficult enough to find volunteers without losing those we currently rely on. The registration process is explained in the attached document; please would those who have not yet paid their membership fees and obtained kit please quickly review it.

Registration and kit issue for DeA Youth starts at 11:00 am this coming on Sunday 29th August 2010. But note the U14s start training from 10:00 am!

Thank you all for registering. Please encourage your friends to do so as soon as possible so we can complete the registration and kit issue process. The first 10s Tournaments for Colts are as early as 12th September and we need to know numbers so we can make team entries.

Training Times

U14s every Sunday from 10:00 am to 12 noon on KP 3 AND (optionally) Tuesday evenings from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm.

U16s every Sunday from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on KP 1 AND (optionally) Tuesday evenings from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm.

U18s have a meeting at 11:00 am at KP this Sunday 29th August but will train on Tuesday evenings from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm.

Wildcats every Sunday from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on KP 2.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT that you give the correct email contact address of the Player when you complete the Player particulars as they will be used for training and match communications. A number of parents have repeated their own email address in the Player email field; if you have done this please go back on the website and update the Player details.

DeA TIGERS RUGBY FOOTBALL CLUB

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Location: KINGS PARK CLUBHOUSE

Time: 7PM, THURSDAY 29TH JULY 2010

Order of business:

1. To receive, and if approved, to adopt the GC Chair's report for the 2009/10 season;

2.    To receive, and if approved, to adopt the Club's accounts to the end of the March 31st, 2010;

3.    Receive the reports of the Divisional Chairs in respect of the 2009/10 Season

4.     To approve membership fees for the coming season;

5.    Elect 6 members of the General Committee for the 2010/11 Season

Note: the General Committee consists of the Chairs of the 3 Divisional Committees (Senior, Youth and Mini) plus 6 members elected at the AGM (and up to 4 members co-opted by the GC).

6. Any other business

Members are also invited to submit items of 'Any Other Business' that they feel need to be raised and discussed during the AGM. Such items can be communicated to the Secretary by telephone on 92884497 or email gc@deatigersrfc.com for inclusion in the proceed
