Training on March 22nd, 2009 and sevens tickets

Just to let you know that there will be a festival for youth rugby played at King's Park on March 22nd, 2009.  In order to make space for the festival minis will once again be training down on pitch 3.  Training times for that week only will be:

U6-U9: 8:30-10:30
U10-U11: 10:30-12:30
U12: 12:30-2:30

Please plan on staying back/coming early and watching the colts as well, remember we're all one club and I'm sure they'd appreciate the support.  There will be lots of rugby on offer and it helps to show the kids what they'll be doing in the not too distant future.

The following weekend, March 29th, will be the Sevens weekend and there will be no minis training at all.

Don't forget, this Sunday will be the last chance that minis members will have to collect their 7s tickets.  Roi will only be distributing tickets from 9 to 11am in the club house.  You must bring your ID card and your receipt.  If you can't find your receipt then please email me (website@deatigersrfc.com) today at the latest and we'll see what we can do to find payment proof.   Any tickets not collected this weekend will be considered unwanted and dealt with appropriately.

Finally, for all those wanting to buy/sell tickets, there is the  7stickets@deatigersrfc.com address.  Note, I will not start sorting through requests and offers until this Sunday so that we can see how many tickets the club has on hand so don't be concerned at the lack of reply.  As I said the other day, tickets transferred should be sold for a reasonable value and shouldn't be sold to scalpers or people outside the club as if the Union finds these on the market we will lose our allocation next year.  This service is for members only.
