Tai Po Festival
No training this weekend, TP festival is at Kings Park (Happy Valley for U12 and U11/12G).
Festival program has just been put on the website (just received), too large to send out, find it here
Make sure to arrive at least half an hour before the games are due to start (or as instructed by your coach), it helps them in getting things organised and making it a more fun day for everyone.
Coaches and referees
A couple of teams are having a lot of difficulty getting enough people to help out, please step forward. Rugby experience is not essential and the club is willing to pay for training courses for anyone who is willing to go the courses. The club is 100% run by volunteers, if we don't have volunteers everything stops. Please lend a hand. Enquiries to Peter firstname.lastname@example.org, courses are run very frequently.
I've been too busy to put all the receipts on the website (any volunteers to help take care of stuff would be nice), expect them probably next week. Looks like we've just had a windfall of an extra batch of tickets and so may have some spares if any paid up members have not ordered and would like some. Don't forget U6 will not be having games at this years 7s but will be welcome at the march past (on Sunday).
Two people still haven't paid so their tickets are going up for grabs soon!
Training over Chinese New Year
There will be no training on Sunday 22nd January. Wish you and your families a happy Chinese New Year.
See you on Sunday.
