The children in your care are the next generation of players. The attitudes they learn from you can affect every aspect of their lives. Your work can help give them confidence- or undermine what little they have.
There are 3 simple rules to remember:
- Children come first- winning comes second.
- Rugby should be fun.
- remember to reward effort as well as achievement.
