NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Location: KINGS PARK CLUBHOUSE
Time: 7PM, THURSDAY 29TH JULY 2010
Order of business:
1. To receive, and if approved, to adopt the GC Chair's report for
the 2009/10 season;
2. To receive, and if approved, to adopt the Club's accounts to
the end of the March 31st, 2010;
3. Receive the reports of the Divisional Chairs in respect of the
2009/10 Season
4. To approve membership fees for the coming season;
5. Elect 6 members of the General Committee for the 2010/11 Season
Note: the General Committee consists of the Chairs of the 3 Divisional
Committees (Senior, Youth and Mini) plus 6 members elected at the AGM
(and up to 4 members co-opted by the GC).
6. Any other business
Members are also invited to submit items of 'Any Other Business' that
they feel need to be raised and discussed during the AGM. Such items
can be communicated to the Secretary by telephone on 92884497 or email
