NEW YOUTH (AND SENIOR) WEBSITE ABOUT TO LAUNCH!

If you were planning to register with DeA Youth for the coming season on the previous website - STOP!  HOLD THAT THOUGHT!  We are about to launch a new website in the next few days, which hopefully will greatly improve your 'website experience'.

Details will follow in another email very shortly!  The new site has Facebook and Twitter links,  It allows payments online.  It will bring together the Youth and Senior sections in one site so that each will see what the other is up to.  All those registered will receive a weekly email update. .......

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Time: 7:30PM, Wednesday 27th July 2011
 
Order of business:

We need all DeA members to come down and support our seniors this weekend with two finals in the Grand Championships both happening at King's Park.  DeA Tigers 3rd v CWB Pirates at 4:30pm followed by DeA Tigers 1st V v Valley Red at 6:30pm.  See if you can get down for one or both of the games.

The MAXIMUM order set by the Colts Association is 2 tickets (in any combination, Adult or Child; NOT 2 + 2) per registered player or social member.  Where 2 players are registered under one membership, please simply print the form twice and write on each copy the name of the player.

The price of an Adult ticket is HK$1,250 and a Child ticket HK$300.

Log on to the website, complete the order process as instructed and print the form.  The first day for submitting orders for Youth will be SUNDAY 28th November.  An order is NOT recorded until full payment (including any unpaid memebrship fees) has been made.  Cheques should be made payable to "DeA Tigers Rugby Football Club".

NOTE: There is no guarantee of tickets.  All orders are also subject to the rules of the HKRFU.  In the event of a shortfall in tickets, DeA retains complete discretion regarding the allocation of tickets.
