Dear All,

Please find attached an application form for the 2009/10 HKRFU Charitable Trust Educational Scholarship Fund.

The Fund was set up to provide financial assistance to those committed rugby players who have satisfactory scholastic achievements with needs for financial support.  Each scholarship will be tenable for a maximum of 5 years in primary, secondary schools or tertiary institutions of Hong Kong, subject to the successful applicant achieving satisfactory academic progress and conduct in his/her school.  The Scholarships will be awarded at the discretion of the HKRFU Charitable Trust Fund Committee.

隨函謹附2009/10年度香港欖球總會慈善信託基金之教育獎學金申請表格。

此基金設立目的是為具有滿意學業成績，而又需要經濟援助的欖球運動員而設。每位成功申請獎學金的運動員若能於校內在學術及操守方面達至滿意水平，將可以維持最多五年在香港完成小學、中學或專上教育的獎學金。獎學金將經由「香港欖球總會慈善信託基金委員會」審核後發放。
