Player of the Month presentation this Sunday 31 Jan 10
After training, all Minis age groups will join together at the side of pitch 2, in front of the bouncy castle, to present the Player/Tiger of the Month badges.  These badges are presented based on attendance as well as performance so please come along and support the kids who are presented. This will take place from 10.45-11.00. Please remember to bring your camera and to take some photos!

Visit by Discovery Bay Pirates on Sunday 7 February

DBP have requested a visit to KP to train with us and to play some friendly matches. They have confirmed that only U8, U9, U10, U11 and U12 age groups will come on this Sunday.

No DeA training on Sunday 14 February
Please note that as Sun 14 Feb is Chinese New Years Day and Valentines Day there will be no DeA Minis training on this day, as King's Park will be closed from Sun 14 Feb 10 through Tue 16 Feb 10. Enjoy the weekend off from rugby!

DeA Minis training on Sunday 21 February

As the Yau Yee football league will be hosting an international tournament on this day, DeA Minis will only have use of KP pitches from 08.00-09.30 on this Sunday. Therefore, please ask your coaches whether training will go ahead on this weekend. I would recommend that it does, as we have the Valley Fort festival at King's Park the following Sunday!

Valley Fort Festival at King's Park on 28 Feb 10
Please let your coaches know by next weekend if your child is available for this festival, so that teams can be planned and correct number of DeA teams can be entered.

Finally, DeA Seniors first team will be playing in the Grand Championship Semi-final against HKFC at 5.30pm on Saturday 30 Jan. The match will be played at the HKFC ground, Happy Valley. Again, great if we can get some DeA Minis supporters there to cheer the guys on. DeA finished third in Division 1, while HKFC were second, so it should be a great knock-out match!! After the kids were coached by the seniors last weekend, it would be great for them to see the same players in action on the rugby field.

Go Tigers!

Peter (DeA Minis Chair)
